TRAINING

Regular Rides: T/Th dawn, F 3pm

The fall is a good time to work on skills and technique. We will work on general riding techniques (e.g. cornering, climbing, ...) and skills necessary for riding in a group (drafting, contact, ...) during the regular rides. These are easy, no-drop rides and everyone is encouraged to attend. These rides are about 1.5 hours long. We leave from Drumlins promptly at the indicated time.

Winter Training: Spring '18

Due to the snowy Syracuse winters, we will book time to use the Cycle Room in the Archbold Gymnasium. There are plenty of 'spinning' bikes there to use, but feel free to bring your own bike and trainer/rollers.

Even though the winters are harsh in Central New York, try to use every opportunity to ride outside.
